He is survived by: his wife Connie Foval of Carroll; his daughters, Teri Molitor (Jim) of Carroll, Trudi Johnson (Len) of Le Grand and Toni North (Jamie) of Carroll; his grandchildren, Kristin Molitor of Carroll, Kara Molitor (Michael Kostka) of Burbank, CA, Katy Molitor of Urbandale, Claire Johnson of Denver, CO, Zane Johnson of Ankeny, Ryan North of Carroll and Tanner North of Carroll; his great grandchild Brody Rogers of Carroll; his siblings, Carol Johnson of Madison, WI, Betty Schott and Bruce Foval of Fort Dodge; and his brother-in-law William Johnson. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for a later designation.
