He is survived by: his wife Terry Malone; his children, John, Elizabeth and Cathleen Rolfes (Steve) of Council Bluffs, IA; his brothers-in-law, William Stockdale (Kathy) and Sam Malone (Donna); and his brother John Carr. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
