She was predeceased by: her parents, James Messier and Opal Messier; her brother Charles Messier; and her husband Charles Sides of LaPorte City, Iowa.. She is survived by: her children, Deb Kolczak (Ron), Tony (Jeri), Kerry (Marie) and Jim Broken Arrow (Bev); her grandchildren, Corey Sides (Elizabeth), Brooke Czapar (Mike), Scott Sides and Melissa Morrow (Phillip); and her great grandchildren, Charles, Caroline, Catherine Sides, George, Jacqueline Czapar, Wyatt, Collins and Blair Morrow.
