He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Allen and Patricia Kathleen Smith (Mullen); and his brother Dennis Reilly. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Church (Robert) of Rochester, MN, Mike Reilly (Julie) of Council Bluffs, IA and Tim Reilly (Jill) of Carroll. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
