She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dugan and Josephine Dugan; her husband Kenneth; her siblings, Allen Dugan of Denver and Thalia Herbert of Hyatsville; and her niece Margaret Dugan of Denver.
She is survived by: her children, Clay Owen, Bryce Anne, Jacob Drew, Clay Burkett of Carroll, Aura Lee Sibenaller of Carroll, Jake Burkett of St. Petersburg and Bryce Custodio of Brentwood; her niece Valerie Hammond of Maryland; and her nephew John Dugan of California. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
