He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Draves and Ruth Draves (Evans); his parents-in-law, Margaret and Carney Conner; his brothers, Curt Draves (Dorothy) and Floyd Draves (Wanda); and his in-laws, Betty Thurman, James Conner, Doyle Conner and Floyd Conner (Lillian).
He is survived by: his children, Kim Draves (Geri) of Halbur, Becky Dillehay (Scott) of Carroll and Sandi Pietig (Russ) of Carroll; his sister Kathryn Hanson of Ellsworth, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Clark of Independence, IA and Duane "Pee Wee" Conner (Joyce) of Glidden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
