She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Holley and Catharine Holley (Shollenberger); her husband Wayne L. Niceswanger; and her parents-in-law, Frank, Ruth Niceswanger, Bill, LaMerle Kennelley, Bernie Wells, Dennis and Marian Niceswanger.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Niceswanger (Lacey) of Grand Forks and Eric Niceswanger (Janel) of Carroll; her grandchildren, Rachel Parsley of Charlottesville, Amy Riordan (Tony) of Waukee, Jeffry Niceswanger of Duluth, John Ferguson (Maura) of Grand Forks, Trisha Niceswanger of Atlantic and Keely Ferguson of San Francisco, California; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Mairi, Jonas, Charlotte, Sophia, Bellamy and Rocco; and her siblings, Marguerite "Copee" Wells of Carroll and Allen Holley (Mary) of Bellevue, Nebraska. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Rosemary's name for a later designation.
