He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Byerly and Gladys Byerly (Waldo); his wife Sharon Byerly; his son Chad Byerly; and his brother D. J. Byerly.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Uhlenkamp (Ron) of Carroll; his grandchildren, Tyler Uhlenkamp, Grant Uhlenkamp, Holly Warnke (Brad), Amy Robinson (Luke) and Kaitlin Petersen (Casey); his siblings, Connie Pinkerton and James "Jim" Byerly (Norma); and his sisters-in-law, Loretta Byerly and Gayle Granville. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
