He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Heithoff and Esther Heithoff (Schaeuble); his brother Allan Heithoff; his parents-in-law, George Busche and Elayne Busche (Montgomery); and his brother-in-law Mike Dalrymple.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Busche; his son Daniel Heithoff (Stevi); his granddaughters, Stella and Josephine; his son Thomas Heithoff; his fiancé Niesha Pedelty; his siblings, David Heithoff (Marcia) of Harrison, AR, Denis Heithoff (Laurel Jean) of Willey, IA, Jerry Heithoff of Waukee, IA, Mary Jane Heithoff of Omaha, NE, Morrie Heithoff (Pat) of Manning, IA, Louise Dalrymple of Omaha, NE and Julie Heithoff of Omaha, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Georgia Bizal of St. Joseph, MO, Joyce Chastain (CB) of Columbia, MO and James Busche of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended relatives and friends.
