It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Lampe of Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lampe and Elizabeth Lampe (Lampman); his wife Jeanette Willenborg; his son Joe Lampe; his siblings, Clarence Lampe (Bertha), Albert Lampe (Margaret), Herman Lampe (Sally), Joseph Lampe (Helen), Pauline Lampe and Dorothy Meister (Hilbert); and his siblings-in-law, Al Dentlinger, Bernice Naber (Toby), Henry Willenborg Jr., Marvin Willenborg and Gene Huelshorst.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Lampe (Mary) of Fair Grove, MO, JoAnn Patzner (Mark) of Carroll, Marilyn Dickson of Carroll, Barb Lampe of Carroll, Jim Lampe (Marvel) of Sevierville, TN, John Lampe of Fair Grove, MO, Sue Nickum (Mark), Mark Lampe (Abby), Tom Lampe of Fair Grove, MO and Bill Lampe of Carroll; his daughter-in-law Lisa Lampe of Jefferson, GA; his sister Isabelle Dentlinger of Denison; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Willenborg (Darlene) of Manning, Ardella Willenborg of Manning, Norma Willenborg of Omaha, NE and Elaine Huelshorst of Carroll. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
