We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2020, at the age of 97, Marita Buelt of Carroll, Iowa, born in Breda, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marita Buelt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wempe and Mary Wempe (Reiff); her husband Ben Buelt; her daughter Judith Ann Gerken; and her siblings, Marian Niceswanger, Clarence Wempe, Donald Wempe and Vernon Wempe.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Lorraine Wempe of Halbur and Leone Buelt of Carroll. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. John Paul II Parish for masses or to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
