Marilyn Hoffmann Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 85, Marilyn Hoffmann of Carroll, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Wiederin and Cecelia Wiederin (Wernimont); her husband Paul Hoffmann; her daughter-in-law Lisa Hoffman; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Baumhover and Vern Pundsack.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Stoberl (Randy) of Manning, Robert Hoffmann (Gwen) of Iowa City, Ron Hoffmann (Carmen) of Calhoun, Dan Hoffmann of Roscoe, Steve Hoffmann (Laura Ciesla) of Caledonia and David Hoffmann of Carroll; and her sisters, Pat Heinrichs (Jerome) of Omaha, Annette Baumhover of Carroll, Donna O'Donnell (Kevin) of Las Cruces and Kathy Wiederin (Steve Jordening) of Ames. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
She donated over 200 quilts to New Opportunities, Holy Spirit's sister parish in Rutledge, Tennessee and New Hope Village's Quilt Auction.
