It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Ann Halbur (Carroll, Iowa), who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albin Schultes and Rosalia Schultes (Danner). She is survived by: her husband William Halbur; her sons, Scott Halbur (Nicole), Matthew Halbur (Shawna) and Michael Halbur (Joanna); her grandchildren, Christina, Jakob, Matthew and Ryan; and her siblings, Joe Schultes (Carol), Louis Schultes (Shirley), Leo Schultes (Mari), Marian Berger (Ron), Marcia Anderson (Bob) and Marlene Weeks (Joe Spevak). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
On May 5, 2022, Marie was called home to be in the loving arms of the Lord after a long battle with Parkinson's disease.
