She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Woznick and Katherine Woznick (Wandra); her husband Max A. Sherwood; her daughter-in-law Laura Sherwood; her sister Minnie Goetz; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Bixenmann, Faye Woznick and Elmer Goetz.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Wymore (Steven) of Hudson, Craig Sherwood (Jan) of Nevada and Brian Sherwood (Susan) of Canton, Texas; and her siblings, Irene Bixenmann of Grand Island, Alvin Woznick of Golden and Eugene Woznick (Sharon) of Montrose, Colorado. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one step grandchild, 12 great-grandchildren.
