She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ladwig and Helma Ladwig (Krueger); her husband Gene Raymond Bretey; her brother Glen Ladwig; her siblings-in-law, Gale Reis, John Bretey, Annie Ladwig, Marcia Bretey, Patty Bretey and Dale Bretey; and her parents-in-law, Leslie Bretey and Bernice Bretey.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Allen (Mike) of Carroll, Tammy Langel (Curt) of Carroll and Travis Bretey (Maria) of Carroll; her grandchildren, Brooke, Autumn Fortner, Nick, Megan, Josh Langel, Micaela, Tyler, Katelyn, Carter and Madisyn Bretey; her siblings, Larry Ladwig of Phoenix, AZ, Bill Ladwig of McPherson, KS, Gary Ladwig (Nancy) of Charter Oak, Carol Reis of Carroll, Donna Ladwig of Carroll and Debra Lahlou (Adam) of Centennial, CO; and her siblings-in-law, Maralee Ladwig of Savage, MN, Lois Shook (Paul) of Denison, Gerald Bretey (Karen) of Clive, Leroy Bretey of Omaha, NE and Bill Bretey (Mary) of Fairmont, MN.
