It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joleen Klocke of Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Broich and Emilia Broich (Neppl); her children, Nancy Klocke and Randy Klocke; and her brothers, Marvin, Thomas, Jerry, Robert and Clayton Broich.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Klocke of Carroll; her sons, Jeff Klocke (Peggy) of Carroll, Terry Klocke (Lori) of Carroll and Dale Klocke (Amy) of Adel; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Klocke of North Carolina; her siblings, Delores Langel (Vernon) of Omaha, Marilyn Snyder of Carroll, Laurel Jean Heithoff (Dennis) of Willey and John Broich (Mary Jo) of Carroll; and her sister-in-law Yvonne Broich of Carroll. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, siblings; many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives.
Joleen volunteered in many capacities with St. Lawrence Guild, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Homemakers Club, Birthday Club, Dedham American Legion Auxiliary, Antonian Alumni, Hospice Volunteer, and RSVP Volunteer.
