With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Kennedy of Carroll, Iowa, born in Jefferson, Iowa, who passed away on February 5, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Kennedy; and his brother Robert Kennedy. He is survived by: his nieces, Tiffany Hupp, Kayla Promes, Jennifer Kennedy, Marissa Promes and Hannah Promes; his fiancée Renee Minnehan of Carroll; his mother Doris Kennedy of Jefferson; his siblings, Becky Kennedy of Mediapolis, IA, Denise Promes (Dean) of Jefferson and Tom Kennedy of Jefferson; his sister-in-law Diane Kennedy of Jefferson; his fiancée's daughter Morgan Minnehan (Andy Pothoven) of Elkhart; and also, Jonathan Minnehan (Tasha) of Churdan, Austin Minnehan (Rachel) of Churdan, Kamryn, Tucker, Finn and Kinley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in John's name for a later designation.
