She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stork and Lena Stork (Ortner); her husband LeRoy Pudenz; her son Kevin; and her siblings, Loras Stork, Neil Stork and Janice Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Danny (Cathy Pudenz), Cindy (Mark Pollastrini), Kelly (MacKenzie Pudenz) and Carla (Rob Mosher); and her siblings, Mark Stork of Oklahoma, Lois Shreck of Des Moines and Marian Otto of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren as well as many other extended family.
