He is survived by: his children, Howard, Michelle (Brett Satterlee), Judy (Greg Schreck), Connie (Russ Hoffman), Karen (Denny Kasperbauer), Howie (Sara Drees) and Holley Drees; his grandchildren, Nick Satterlee (Patty), Lisa Bowdish (Nick), Jon (Abby), Brian Schreck (Megan), Lynne Meyers (Jeremy), Larie Brokaw (Charlie), Cole Hoffman (Nicole), Patrick (Kayla), Matthew McCarty, Madison, Alex (Aisha), Derek Drees, Josh (Heather) and Courtney Miller (Jordan Waller); his brother Don Drees (Jane) of Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Wiederhold (Dick) of Goodyear, AZ, Elaine Schleisman (Steve) of Colorado and Michael Houlihan (Beth) of Minneapolis, MN.
