Helen Wiskus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Wiskus of Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Wiskus to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Theresia Berger (Hoffman); her husband Bernard Wiskus; her stepmother Elizabeth Berger (Reineke); her half-siblings, Anna Mae Berger, Frederic and Louis; her parents-in-law, John and Mary Wiskus; and her great grandchild Michaela Herring.
She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Mueggenberg (Darrell) of Arcadia, Marie Herring (Richard) of Hammond and Joan Fleshner of Carroll. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
Those in attendance at the funeral ceremonies will be required to wear a face covering and abide by all COVID-19 guidelines.
In lieu of Flowers, memorials may directed to St. Joseph's Parish in Dedham, or Kuemper Catholic Tuition Assistance Fund.
