She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Dossey and Ruth Dossey (Henry); her former husband Phillip Briscoe; her siblings, Vernon, Kenneth, Lester "Pat", Billy, Kelsey Jr., Jackie and Eloise; and her granddaughter Maranda Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Renee Brown (Joseph) of Carroll and Justin Phillip Briscoe of Reno, Nevada; her grandchildren, Joshua Brown (Leah), Colton Brown (Elyn Morris), Branden Brown and Bryonna Brown (Timothy Blake); and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Ezra, Emmalyn and Cameron. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
