She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Jerome Metrick; her siblings, Louise Kubinski (late William), Lucille (Cyril), André and Raymond; and her parents, Joseph and Eleanor.

She is survived by: her children, Gloria Ann Slomczynski (David) and Edward Joseph Metrick; and her sister Joann Egdorf (late Richard). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
