He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Rosa (Drees); his grandsons, Christopher Wittrock and John Vonnahme; his siblings, Lucina (Wilber Truhe), Regina (Clarence Reineke), Robert Wittrock, Elvera (Andrew "Sonny" Daniels) and Raymond Wittrock; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Wittrock.
He is survived by: his children, Danny (Yvonne Wittrock) of Hamlin, Kenny (Pam Wittrock) of Carroll and Janice (Dave Vonnahme) of Vail, Iowa; his wife Lucille Wittrock of Audubon, Iowa; his siblings, Verna Mayer of Carroll, Harold Wittrock of Templeton, Roman and Verena Wittrock of Carroll, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Regina Schultes of Carroll and Arlene Wittrock of Mt. Carmel. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
