He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Gosch and Alyce Gosch (Henrich); his parents-in-law, John and Anna Steffes; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Nicholas Gosch; his brothers, Francis Gosch and Robert Gosch of Omaha; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Mader of West Bend, Barbara Steffes of Halbur, Joe Vogl and Francis Olerich of Wall Lake.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Gosch of Carroll; his children, Karen Nelson (Mike), Nancy Flynn (Steve) of Spring, TX., Randy Gosch (Gayle), Grimes Jerry Gosch (Julie) and Brian Gosch (Joni) of New Brighton, MN.; his siblings, Joyce Gosch, Eleanor Olerich of Wall Lake, Betty (Vern Riesselman), Rich (Sandi Gosch), John (Sheila Gosch), Ruth (Mike Leiker), Mary Gosch (Carl Snyder) of Omaha, Joan (Jose Hernandez), Jan (Daryl Mandel), Pat Gosch of Carroll, Mark (Deb Gosch) and Terry Hogan; his parents-in-law, Marcella Steffes, Roman, Arlene Steffes Carroll, Luverne Steffes, Roselle, Lorraine Vogl Atlantic, Robert, Melvin Meier, Marian Pickhinke Ft Dodge, Carol and Don Mader of Arlington, MN; and his brother-in-law Frank Mader of West Bend. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 4 great-grand children.
