She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Knight and Maryetta Knight; her husband Francis Hoover; and her siblings, Mildred Smith, Lucille Carson and Warren Knight.
She is survived by: her sons, Duane Hoover (Maryann) of Indianola, IA and Dean Hoover (Jan) of Cedar Falls, IA; her grandchildren, Kim Gillman (Mike) of Urbandale, IA, Kris Dengler (Tom), Daniel Hoover (Justine) of Cedar Falls, IA and David Hoover (Samantha McCombs) of Cedar Falls, IA; and her great grandchildren, Brody, Ellie, Kenneth, Eliza and Miles.
