Denny Bernholtz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denny Bernholtz (Carroll, Iowa), who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Merle Bernholtz; and his grandparents, Frank Sailer, Anna Sailer, John Bernholtz and Hulda Bernholtz.
He is survived by: his mother Loretta Bernholtz of Carroll; his children, Jacob, Karsten and Michelle (Naughton); and his siblings, Kenny (Carmen) of Spirit Lake, Ron (Debb) of Carroll, Karen Frazee (Ron), John (Mickey) of Denison, Dave (Becky) of Mitchellville and Chad Bernholtz (Cathy) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established to purchase benches along various bike trails in central Iowa in memory of Denny.
