She was predeceased by: her father Larry Gorby. She is survived by: her son Jacob Luetje of Carroll; her former husband Jay Luetje; her children, Rebecca Lynn Luetje and Jerrod Luetje (Katie) of Ogden; her mother Mary Van Horn; her stepfather Bob Van Horn of Glidden; her grandchildren, Rose Marie and Gwyneth; her brothers, James Gorby (Shari Winker) of Lake View and Michael Michaelson (Jolie) of Greeley, CO; and also D. J. Perkey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
