He is survived by: his wife Peg Forke of Carroll; his daughters, Nora Nissen (Lance) of Carroll and Casie Burke (Brad) of Carroll; his grandchildren, Kayd Nissen, Ty Nissen, Averi Burke, Lincoln Burke, Bay Burke and Daley Burke; his siblings, Veda Stougard (Norman) of Des Moines, Lynn Forke (Sandy) of Carroll, Jean Vonnahme (Bob) of Carroll, Joan Anderson (Bill) of Des Moines, Gary Forke (Kath) of Carroll and Vern Forke (Shannon) of Onawa; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Riddle (Denise) of Carroll, Pat Riddle (Michelle) of Naperville, IL, Dan Riddle (Jane) of Midlothian, VA and Tom Riddle (Amy) of Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
