It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Marie Orcutt of Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethan Akin and Dorothy Akin (Chandler); her parents-in-law, Charles and Myrtle Orcutt; her sister Kay Wecther; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Orcutt (Fern) and DeEtta Herdrich.
She is survived by: her husband Lew Orcutt of Carroll; her children, Tammra Baugous (Ben) of LeMars, IA, Matt Orcutt (Kris) of Olympia, WA and Brad Orcutt (Heather) of Sac City, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Ellen Pithan (Bill) of Lost Nation, IA, Elaine Orcutt of Marion, IA and Jim Herdrich of Fort Madison, IA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
