She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Troxel and Alice Troxel (Fleer); her parents-in-law, Floyd and Henrietta Blincow; her siblings, Judy West (Scott) and Richard Troxel; and her son-in-law Tom Claypool.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Blincow; her children, Rebecca Claypool of Williamsburg, IA and Robert Blincow Jr. (Cindy); her grandchildren, John Claypool (Angie) of Grapevine, TX and Sarah Claypool of Des Moines; her sister Jan Prisco of San Mateo, CA; and her sister-in-law Barb Troxel of Wyoming. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Carroll Public Library or St. Anthony Regional Hospital Foundation.
