She was predeceased by: her mother Kathy Axman (Sorenson); and her grandparents, Don, Eunice Lenz and Lester Sorenson. She is survived by: her father Jack Lenz (Lesa) of Twin Lakes; her siblings, Westin Lenz (Corina McLain) of Manson and Krista Johnson (Dominic) of Greenfield; her grandmother LaVonne Sorenson of Pomeroy; her nieces and nephews, Ryzin Lenz, Briggs and Brielle Johnson; and her stepfather Kenny Axman Jr.. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
