He is survived by: his wife Susan Murphy; his children, J. D., Mark Feilmeier (Lee) of Breda, J. D and Erin Feilmeier (Joel Mattox) of Waukee; his grandchildren, Courtney Lorenzen (Scott), Bailey Feilmeier (Gabe Bennett), Trevor Feilmeier (Maddie), Jonah Feilmeier, Tate Hansman, Cody Feilmeier and Ofelia DeGlopper; his great grandchildren, Trey, Avah, Tessa, Tatum, Tamryn and Briggs; and his sister Rita Dentlinger of Glidden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
