He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Foley and Marcella "Sally" Foley (Goetzinger); his parents-in-law, Alfred and Gregoria Pacheco; his siblings, Jack Foley (Irene) and Colleen Beidler (Bill); and his sister-in-law Marilyn "Tots" Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Pacheco; his children, Debra Foley of Oregon and James Foley (Wendy) of LeMars; his grandchildren, Courtney Lozoya (Michael) of Redlands, CA and Aaron Foley of Oregon; and his brothers, Kenneth Foley of Carroll and Malick Foley (Rosie) of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion and may be left with the funeral home.
