It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Weitl of Carroll, Iowa, born in Willey, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd J. Weitl; her parents, Joe Danzer and Frances Danzer; her brothers, Arnie and Ed Danzer; and her parents-in-law, George and Mary Weitl.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tricia Wolterman, Wendy Nelson, Crystal Weitl, Tasha Havercamp, Kenzie Podey, Amber Schon, Zoey MacDonald, Brad, Brett Weitl, Dillon, Cass Weitl, Chris Hulsing, Kolby, Collin Vetter, Nathan, Austin, Cody Weitl, Keagan, Logan Scott, Mason and Kadin MacDonald; her children, Marc Weitl (Denise) of Templeton, Dan Weitl (Peg) of Carroll, Terri Vetter (Denny) of Carroll, Jerry Weitl (Kristy) of Templeton, Linda Scott (John) of Odebolt and Mary Jo MacDonald (Bill) of Grand Rapids, MI; and her sister-in-law Joan Danzer of Carroll. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kuemper Catholic Schools Foundation or New Hope Village.
