He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Hinners and Loretta Hinners (Trecker); his siblings, Don, Vernon, Richard Hinners, Jeanette Eischeid, Dolores Darveaux and Margie Hacker; and his son-in-law Michael Hoffman.
He is survived by: his child Haiti Orphanage; his wife Judy Hinners of Carroll; his children, Rhonda Hoffman of Carroll, Roxane Rupiper (Keith) of Roselle, Cheryl Tiojanco (Ken) of Omaha, NE, Steven Hinners of Halbur, Randy Hinners (Laura) of Cottage Grove, Brenda Fay (Shane McCann) of Des Moines, Susan Carlson (Brian) of Elk Mound, WI and Chris Hinners (Tristan) of Halbur; his brothers, Larry Hinners (Della) of Manning and Jack Hinners (Lois) of Halbur; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Hinners of Carroll, Margaret Hinners of Manning, Helen Hinners of Halbur and Raymond Hacker of Halbur. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Those in attendance at both gatherings are required to wear a face covering and abide by current social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left for St. Anthony Hospice or St. Anthony Regional Cancer Center.
