He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Stalzer and Amelia Stalzer (Holdgrafer); and his grandson David Stalzer. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Maxine Raeder; and his children, James Stalzer (Carol) of Sioux Falls, SD, Darrell Stalzer (Sue) of Muscatine, IA, Becky Welch (Steve) of Omaha, NE and Julie Stalzer of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild.
He also joined the singing group RSVP and enjoyed going to the nursing homes to "sing to the old people" who were younger than he was.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
