She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Knobbe and Anna Knobbe (Wolterman); her son Dan Lawler; her siblings, Adeline Mohrhauser, Marian Kirby, Dolores Petersohn, Inez Daiker, Urban Knobbe (Patricia), Elmo Knobbe (Arlene) and Vernal Knobbe (Dorothy); and her great grandchild Charlotte Harnack.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Lawler of Bernard's Church; her children, Marilou Topp (Lornie) of Carroll, Pat Lawler of Auburn, Denny Lawler (Mary) of Dedham, Barb Cornelius (Russ) of Carroll, Ken Lawler of Spirit Lake, Mark Lawler (Beth) of Carroll, Richard Lawler of Lake City, Tom Lawler (Robyn) of Carroll and Jerry Lawler of Carroll; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Michelle, Shannon, Katie, Tessa, Mikenna, Lindsay, Amber, Emily, Megan, Danielle, Chris, Andy, Matt, Kenneth, Kyle, Joseph, Michael, Bryan, Dylan, Lukas, Sean and Seth; and also, Jennifer Segar, Michelle Loew, Shannon Harnack, Katie Brown, Tessa Lawler, Mikenna Cornelius, Lindsay Julich, Amber London, Emily Lawler, Megan Lawler and Danielle Williams.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home (226 W 8th St, Carroll, IA 51401). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Church - St. John (421 Bluff St E, Carroll, IA 51401).
