She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Staiert; and her sisters, Marie Huffman (Ray), Marcella Schlerman (Clarence), Theresa Klocke (Alfred B.), Rose Marie Renze and Louise Eich (Cyril).
She is survived by: her parents-in-law, John and Anna Staiert (Niehaus); her children, Pam Daniel (Leonard) of Carroll, Joyce Brincks (Greg) of Carroll, Patrick Staiert of Carroll and John Staiert (Vickie) of Sioux City; her grandchildren, Mike Daniel (Jill), Amy Abrisz (Dorin), Lenny Daniel (Rhonda), Nick Daniel (Erin), Tammy Daniel (Chris Ross), Beth Klocke (Mike), Erin Eischeid (Brandon), Stacie Pepin (Dave), Allison Taylor (Ben) and Andy Staiert (Leann); and her sisters-in-law, Ethel Reiff of Carroll, Alice Staiert of Carroll, Ella Mae Staiert of Harlan and Harriet Staiert of Colorado. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
