He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lehrter and Clara Lehrter; and his siblings, Leona Daisy, Lucille Butler and Henry Lehrter.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette; his children, Barb (Jerry Schumacher) and Dale; his grandson Luke (Sonya); his great grandchildren, Kyler Schumacher and Brady Schumacher; his granddaughter Allison Schumacher; and his siblings, Frances Owen, Mary Lehrter, Dorothy Kramer, Joann Petersen, Stella Mohr, Shirley Miller and Clara Lehrter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
