He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Phyllis Ann Ehlert (Fickess); and his brothers, Timothy Ehlert and Brian Ehlert. He is survived by: his daughters, Tessa Danielson and Amanda Danielson; his grandchildren, Ebony, Sophiya, Dianah, Alexzander and Daniel; his siblings, Mark Ehlert (Karen) of Columbia, MO, Melissa Butterfield (Tim) of Des Moines and Jennifer Ohnemus (Jerry) of Carlisle; his sister-in-law Jan Ehlert of Des Moines; and his pets, Maggie and Cat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in memory of Wes may be given to the American Cancer Society.
