He is survived by: his parents, Ronda Marie Fiser (Dean Franklin Fiser) and Marvin Albert Smith (Doris Bolz Smith); the mother of his children Pam; his wife Amy Lynn Rowe; his children, Ashley Seidl (Cory Seidl), Cassie Smith, Morgan Garrett (Cylind Garrett), Megan Anderson and Matthew Anderson (Calista Anderson); and his sisters, Shelley Beener (Jeff Beener) and Deana Fiser. He is also survived by grandchildren, nephews, and a wealth of friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a future designation to a charity near to Scott's heart.
