She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen L. Gideon and Lola C. Gideon (Whitcomb); her sisters, Marilyn M. Robinson (Gideon) and Sharon K. Ramsey (Gideon); and her children, Denise A. Mahan (Danes) and Dan O. Danes.
She is survived by: her daughter Candi A. Peterson (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Isaiah Lackland (Jill), Ivory Eggert, Echo Eggert, Amber Clevenger (Geoff), Orion Peterson, Autumn Peterson, Sarah Mahan, Emma Lowe Danes and Elizabeth Lowe Danes. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
