She is survived by: her children, Sheila Kramer (Marcel) of Crofton, Nebraska, Roger of Fort Madison, Randy of Carlisle and Ron (Jenny) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Nicole Renshaw (Preston) of Sioux Falls, SD, Chad Kramer (Shane) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jared Kramer (Darcey) of St. Paul, NE, Brett Kramer (Janel) of Wayne, NE, Reed Pegram (Hattie) of Lees Summit and Ryder Pegram of Ankeny; her former husband Rex Pegram; her husband John Kliment; and her siblings, John, Marvin and Maxine.
