She is survived by: her children, Jonis Dembinski (Mya) and Jayden Schrader; her parents, Jim Cate (Connie Mitchell) and Deborah Nicks; her sisters, Tara Donner-Dembinski (Chris) and Amy Donner; her aunt Dorene Rettenberger; and her brothers, Samuel Ostendorf (Shawna Woller) and Daniel Ostendorf.
