She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Carter and Frances Carter (McCoy); and her siblings, Verlin Carter, Gerdina Waddle and Mildred Carter.
She is survived by: her former husband James Bullington; her children, Kirby Bullington, Kevin Bullington, Jerry Bullington (Deb) and Sherry Johnson (Gary); and her grandchildren, Joshua Waters (Stephanie), Hailey Clark (Ty), Lindsey Rotert (Matt), Courtney Neal (Brandon), Hannah Bullington (Ronnie), Chelsea Bullington, Kayla Bullington and Chet Bullington (Kenzie). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
