He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Sloan and Irene Plucar Sloan of Toledo; his brother Leigh; and his niece Brittany. He is survived by: his wife Jean Pagel; his children, Dr. Kylie Sloan (Mike Davis) of Carlisle and Joshua Sloan (Elizabeth) of Raymore, MO; his grandchildren, Leah, Jaxon Sloan, Adelyn and Kinsie Davis; his siblings, Diana Jacobs (Steve), Darin (Kelly) and Scott (Michelle); and his sister-in-law Catherine Sloan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be directed to the Carlisle High School Athletic Department or the American Cancer Society in Kurt's name.
