He was predeceased by: his brother Dan Rockwell. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Garofalo (Craig); his granddaughters, Madeline, Emily and Chloe Garofalo; his daughter Alison Smith; and his brothers, Bob Rockwell and Rick Rockwell.
There will be a graveside memorial service for his immediate family only due to the coronavirus.
