He was predeceased by: his wife Rhonda "Moose" Hook. He is survived by: his parents, James Hook and Jackie Hook (Stotts); his son Jamie; and his sister Cheryl Yanske (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and very dear friends.
