We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2022, at the age of 65, James Richard Shipman in Carlisle, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin "Dick" Shipman and Helen Shipman (Kenney); and his brother Delbert Shipman. He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Dady; his children, Jason, Amanda and James Jr.; his grandchildren, Britney, Haley, Jayla and Layla; and his siblings, Samuel Shipman, Rocky Shipman and Melody Jones.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
