He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Penick and Grace Penick; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Flavia Mott. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Penick (Mott); his sons, Mike Penick (Tracy) and Les Penick (Theresa); his granddaughters, Lisa Schoborg (Brandon), Stephanie Stephens (Kyle), Jill Dielschneider (Beau), Courtney Teghtmeyer (Drew) and Kris Arganbright (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ellie, Aubrey Schoborg, Ada, Allie, Anna, E. J. Stephens, Sylvie, Violet Dielschneider, Millicent Teghtmeyer and Rudy Arganbright; and his siblings, Eva Gill, Sharon Saunders (Jan) and Dennis Penick (Angie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
